Description: Located in the eastern part of the Emirate of Sharjah on Kalba Lagoon, and close to a unique RAMZAR natural reserve site, this development involves the design of an F&B, retail and entertainment center intended to transform this location into a prime destination in the UAE for locals and tourists. It includes a crescent-like shopping mall on two floors with a built-up area of around 30,000m2 of international F&B outlet brands, retails, family entertainment center, hypermarket, gym and spa, all focused on landscaped waterfront promenade and activity plazas, and a large iconic fountain, together with a 75m high flagpole. The project displays aspects of environmental sustainability in the various planning and design dimensions, while expressing a contemporary architectural character that reflects aspects of the identity of this unique place through the use of traditional materials and details.
