Description: Located in the center of Sharjah City on Khalid Lagoon, this development involves the re-planning and upgrading of Al-Majaz Park and its transformation into a prime recreation and entertainment destination in the UAE for locals and tourists. It includes rerouting of the Corniche Road, the addition of a crescent of eight buildings housing around 4,000m2 of international F&B outlet brands. This component is focused on a large recreation activity plaza, and a large iconic musical fountain, and sits at the center of an extensive park with an existing mosque and several new public recreation facilities and amenities. This project forms the first phase of a 3-phased implementation strategy. The second phase involves the construction of twelve restaurants and cafes, while the third phase will include a multi-story car park, retail and community facilities.
