Description: Located on a steep site area in Al-Rabiah, Amman, this apartment building includes ten apartments of various sizes and layouts in a four stories high building with panoramic views of Amman. The building facades are aligned with the boundaries of the trapezoidal plot, creating a dynamic massing composition, with terraces and balconies on different levels for outdoor living and enjoyment of the surrounding landscape and distant scenery. The contemporary architectural image is achieved externally through the articulation and use of natural Jordanian stone walls in standard and large courses, and in a mix of brushed, honed and rough textures, with generous glazed windows together with wooden cladding and pergolas.
