Description: A result of winning an international design competition, the project involves the development of an office building of almost 8,000 m2 on four floors and a basement, with surface parking and landscaping on a 10,000m2 site. The design utilizes state-of-the-art technologies providing efficiency, comfort and sustainability. The architectural concept reflects the Omani mountain and oasis landscape narratives, in the articulation of the building masses and openings and especially in the treatment of the interior atrium space, expressed in a high tech contemporary language and materials, while using natural Omani stone for the cladding of external and internal walls.
